I open my eyes and stare up at the ceiling.
And wonder how the hell I got into my own bed when I know I had passed out in the entrance to our house.
How long was I out?
I struggle to sit up and then spot a house-elf.
A new one.
"What's your name?" I growl.
It cowers. "Pascus," it says pitifully.
Damiano must have taken time out to get a house-elf. Or that bloody squib did.
"What day is it?"
I stare at the thing. "I've been asleep for a little over two weeks?"
"WHY?!" I wince as I shout. And grab my side.
"The Master said the Mistress was in pain and needed sleep to heal. Much damage was done. Needed rest."
I wasn't hurt that badly...
Then I realize the wound I got a while ago from Poliakoff must have gotten worse when I dueled with Lux. And of course Poliakoff showed up again.
The house-elf doesn't hesitate. It flees from the room. As I hear the door open I hear some screaming before it closes. So Damiano is currently occupied.
I flip the sheet off of me, and stand up, my legs feeling a bit shaky. Well that won't do. I make my way to to the floor length mirror and then slip my night dress off.
The old wound has been fully healed. The new wounds as well.
I still feel brief pangs of pain but I'm crediting that to the fact I haven't moved for over two weeks.
I run a hand through my hair and grimace at the greasiness. Ah he healed me, that's all that matters. I carefully head towards the bathroom, in need of a shower.
